Item was DOA. Drop has been evasive and totally unwilling to honor their stated policy for returns of defective third party devices within 30 days. They continue to instruct me to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer, in which I ship at my own expense, and (eventually) the manufacturer repairs/replaces. I didn't buy a refurbished amplifier. I bought a new amplifier that arrived defective. A warranty repair is not a solution for Drop failing to meet their obligation of the transaction. They now refuse to even respond to emails. Thieves.

Beware if ordering from Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Ordered a deskmat and a wrist rest both in stock (not group buy) put my information on shipping page, shipping method appears and it says around 5 days to a week for regular shipping. So I bought the items and paid for shipping. And what do you know almost 3 weeks passed by and still did not receive my order even the USPS tracking didn't update for a week now. And the biggest problem I have is if you look in the shipping help center page it says Hawaii and Puerto Rico takes 2-4 weeks for shipping, thats not what it said when I put my shipping address in and chose a shipping method, if I knew it was gonna take 2-4 weeks I would've never ordered but it was too late drop.com already took my money and just told me to wait. Amazing shipping method whatever they are using there I got international orders shipped to me faster than this.

Resposive yet completely unhelpful, time-wasting customer service
Honestly, Drop’s customer service is so bad, that I wonder if they are in some sort of race to the bottom with cable TV and internet providers. They’re responsive, but they do nothing, and just waste your time. When I was removing my shift key, the stabilizer broke. Remarkably, the switch came out just fine, but the stabilizer was so jammed into the key that I needed pliers to get it out, which tells me that the stabilizer was either too big, or the key was too small (out of tolerance). I contacted customer support for help and was told that this had to be my fault. After many exchanges, I was able to deduce that the goal of Drop’s customer service: 1) Answer support tickets as quickly as possible while 2) Shirk all responsibility for products and blame it on the customer. It’s the most infuriating, time wasting way to spend a day. At one point, I was just wondering if this $200 keyboard was now junk. After cooling off a few days, I learned in various user forums that the part was $2 (yep, all this for $2), and that it was pretty easy to replace. Had Drop mentioned this in our many exchanges, it would have saved both of us a ton of time. I will note that the product itself is great, it’s just worth noting that if you buy it, don’t expect any help from Drop.
TLDR: Drop is glad to respond to your emails quickly while doing absolutely nothing, it’s just a huge waste of time. Look in user forums for how to fix stuff. Product is solid otherwise.

Hidden fees
When UPS brought me my product I had to pay 39€ more! 21€ VAT + 18€ administration fees! (For a $129 headset for which I already paid $15 shipping)
Don't tell me "this is not us..." Problem is: This was NOT specified when I order it!
As it was a gift, I had no other choice to pay that to get it. :(

Hello, we empathize with you on the customs fees. All orders shipped internationally are subject to customs fees. The prices listed on Drop include the cost of the product and shipping. The fees and taxes levied on imported goods are assessed and determined by your local customs agency, which is why these fees are not included at checkout. All appropriate shipping costs have been paid by Drop. -AV

BUYER BEWARE - RIGID, NO HOLDS BARRED RETURN POLICY
I cannot recommend placing an order with Drop. They have a strict 30 day return policy that apparently can't be broken for any reason other than if the item arrives "damaged, defective, not-as-advertised, or are missing components". I purchased keyboard caps that my adult son wanted for Christmas. Silly me, I started my Christmas shopping in early October because I was worried about stock running out and shipping issues. We celebrated our Christmas just last weekend and my son discovered that although the key caps were "advertised" to fit the keyboard he wanted them for, they do NOT. They're too thick and the keys stick. I contacted Drop to see about returning them (They were $58) and I got a reply from "Amy" stating that they could not facilitate a return for the reasons I listed above in quotes. So, if you're reading this, I suggest whatever item you're looking at that Drop sells, find A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO ORDER FROM. Most stores offer an extended return policy around Christmas, because they know that people buy items, and then said items are looked at for possibly 2 months or more. I responded to Amy asking how my return request didn't fall under the "not as advertised" category in this way: "Amy, I just reread what "qualifies" as a valid return beyond your 30 day strict policy. You listed "Not As Advertised" as one of the reasons. How is it that the key caps I ordered are "not as advertised" if they claim to fit a certain keyboard and then they DON'T actually fit that certain keyboard? Think about it - say you placed an order for a phone case that says it fits a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, which your husband owns and wants for Christmas. The case arrives, you wrap it and 6 weeks later, it's Christmas and you discover it actually doesn't fit your husband's Samsung phone. You ordered it because they "advertised" that it fit. Are you willing to keep it when it doesn't fit? Are you willing to throw the money away because you were uninformed enough to believe the site you ordered from when they said the case would fit? But you're past their return window, because you waited to give him the gift at Christmas. You didn't wait until 2 weeks before Christmas to order because you were afraid the case would be sold out or maybe not arrive in time due to shipping issues. Gosh, you're just not very smart about this stuff, are you?" I'm out $58. My son is cheated out of a Christmas gift. I probably won't get him something else because I've maxed out my Christmas budget. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. Buy your key caps, headphones, keyboards, amplifiers, etc FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. Somewhere, that if the item isn't right, or you aren't satisfied for whatever reason, you can return your purchase. If you do order from Drop, don't say you weren't warned. UPDATE RESPONSE to DROP: As I stated, yes, I'm aware it was past the "return window", however, you sold those keys to fit the keyboard they were purchased for. They DID NOT. That's false, misleading advertising and normal companies back up their products to work for what they say they will. Also, I started my christmas shopping in Oct. Normally, folks don't exchange gifts until Dec or Jan. Yes, maybe I should have waited until right before I was going to give the gift, but again, normally, people don't do that because of the risk that the item they want won't be available or won't arrive in time. My complaint has clearly fallen on deaf ears, so to those of you taking the time to read this review: You have been Warned. DON'T BUY FROM DROP.

Hello Sheila, thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the poor experience. We received your return request outside of the return window for the Artifact Bloom Series Keycap Set: Glow. We hope that our Returns—No questions asked policy for many of our items on Drop.com helps with your returns experience in the future. -AV

FIRST AND LAST TIME I'LL EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
Drop.com says the item I bought will be delivered on Sept 24, 2021. It changed delivery to Sept 27, then the following day, then again the following day. Today is already October 2, 2021. FedEx is no help. Drop does not have a phone number to call and their chat is useless. The CS I kept emailing with, Damian, practically says too bad for me, keep waiting, he wont do anything, and it is FedEx fault. Their website is the one that promised the delivery date, not me. They can't even check nor care where the package is already. First and last from this website.

Hello, we apologize for the delay in your delivery. Our couriers sometimes encounter unexpected delays. While our Community Support team has access to other tracking websites to share more info, we are not always successful if the couriers do not make additional scans. We want to ensure that you receive your order, so please contact us at drop.com/support if it hasn't arrived. -AV

My order keeps getting delayed
Back in mid-June, I ordered a Dwarf Factory Foodie Keycap and was surprised that no shipping date was specified on the purchase statement. A friend of mine who used Drop recently said that it shouldn't take more than a few weeks to ship/arrive, which would have been perfect, as the Keycap was ordered as a gift to be given in late July. I reached out a few weeks later as I never received an email that indicated that my purchase had been shipped. Unfortunately, I got a notice that the shipping date would be delayed until August 1st due to "global shipping issues." This was already an issue for me as there was not a warning about this when I purchased this product, but I accepted it as delays are to be expected at this time.
Later that month, I got ANOTHER notice that there is ANOTHER delay and that shipment would be delayed to mid-September. AGAIN, I accepted this delay but was so upset that there was little to no customer service provided. The explanations were vague, there was no notice on how far production or shipping was, and I was only given an option to cancel and refund my transaction. After waiting so long already, I decided I could wait a little longer, not knowing this was all sunk cost.
It is now Sept. 30th (almost October - 5 months now!) and I decided to send another email as I had received NO contact about where my shipment was (despite the new estimated shipping date to be Sept. 22nd). No apologies about it not being shipped yet. No notice that it hasn't EVEN been shipped yet nor any notice about the new shipment date since it hasn't been shipped. As soon as I sent this customer support email in today, I got an email about my shipment being delayed until Nov. 15th. I am very upset at this point, as there has been such little communication between the Drop Team and I - whatever communication occurred, was mainly sought out by myself. Furthermore, my only option is to cancel the transaction, and they gave me such an insincere apology - I feel absolutely neglected.
I just can't trust the next "estimated" shipping date anymore. All their explanations about the delays are vague and it feels like they're stringing me along with every new shipping date, wanting me to just cancel the transaction so they no longer have this issue.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your frustration over the lack of shipment updates and failure to meet the timeline to gift the keycap. The production delays due to lockdowns in 2021 have made the shipping date unpredictable. We are continuing to work on communication with our customers. -AV

What a stupid website
What a stupid website!
I saw they sell mechanical keyboards and tried to click on an item, they won't even let you view the item or price without trying to suck you into signing up. Just trying to harvest your information.
