Site is nicely laid out, product categories are easy to drill down into. Ordering is easy, product delivery was quick. I had an interpretation issue with a discount offer being offered in a popup, so reached out to Drop. Joseph responded quickly and handled the situation with me, the customer, in mind and provided the discount on his end. Thank you Joseph!

Drop.com is very awesome! They were the only website that had the keycaps I wanted. They are also VERY fair. The keycaps I ordered went on sale like 3 days after I got them in the mail, so I emailed support and told them about it, and they refunded me the price difference! Not a lot of companies will do that, so I am very happy Drop had a price protection like that in place. I will be buying from them again in the future.

I absolutely adore Drop! Their platform is filled with super duper fun products that always keep me excited. However, as with any service, there are occasional hiccups, but Drop's customer support team always steps in and efficiently fixes things. I really appreciate their prompt assistance, and it's clear that our respect for each other is mutual.
