Be Aware!!! This company is horrible ! They make it very hard to cancel orders!!!!! I have unsubscribed on emails, yet I still receive emails, I cancel my subscription and it acknowledges I have cancelled, yet they make it hard for you to discontinue and keep sending the product!!!! I receive a text message that says my order is on the way, I reply to the text and it says I have no orders, then they still ship the products!!!! I have taken screenshots of the cancellation “confirmations” from Drmtlgy! This has been going on for MONTHS!!!! Products or so/so, but they hope you don’t bother to return the shipment(S)!!!!!

This company is horrible and dishonest. I asked for a refund as I did not feel the product worked for my skin, they gave me the run around about follow this link and that and then asked for a product number, which i provided and then they told me it was too late to return. No customer service number to call, everything is AI .... don't order from this company you're throwing your money and time away. Deceitful.

The "tinted" moisturizer sunscreen is ONE color-- that should tell you it's not really tinted at all. Rubs in completely clear. Like no evidence at all, no color correction or softening of the skin's redness, color irregularity, etc. Their site does clearly state this but I admit I was hoping for a little coverage. When I topped it with Jane Iredale make up primer, my face burned so badly I had to wash it off. I know sometimes mixing products isn't good so I didn't want to say it was the moisturizer. I decided to keep it for a sunscreen on my arms and for my teen boys who hate using white zinc sunscreen that's hard to rub in. (There's no off smell that I've noticed, in reference to some of the other reviews). The under eye concealer was a big disappointment. The insta ads make it look like a miracle and I waited months to finally try it. From these reviews I clearly should have checked them out first. The dispenser gives you at least 4x what you need for a half pump or less, really hard to manage so you waste a lot of product. It clumped up into fine lines and was visibly worse than any other concealer I've tried. I gave it one last try and it's presently burning my eyes. I will say they promptly replied to my emails. They made suggestions to make it work like moisturize first and said I have plenty of time to keep trying. I realize this is to their advantage but at least they replied. I said I wanted to move fwd with the return. I'll edit the review if they make it difficult to submit a return but so far they have been easy to work with, hence the 3 star rating.

Very poor quality products marketed very well on social media. The tinted moisturiser is heavy, sticky and smells nasty. The 'gentle' eye cream made my eyes sting so badly I could hardly keep them open. Buyer beware... There is no way all the ecstatic reviews on their Facebook posts are genuine.

My bad that I didn't read reviews prior. I have been using Guerlain products and allowed myself to get swayed by all the marketing of DRMTLGY. I notice getting pimple-like spots that continues to grow and darken in the 2-3 times I used drmtlgy products. Initially I thought it's mixing the two products that was problematic. I have not had that experience with Guerlain (skincare and makeup) and I have since stopped using drmtlgy (tinted moisturizer matte, eye corrector). The dark dots/pimples didn't appear anymore. Definitely waste of money, I still have the products since I used only a bit.

What an awful product! Does absolutely nothing for your skin, just lies and over priced!

I don’t think this website should make me give this DRMTLGY at least one star just to proceed because they don’t even deserve one star. The tinted primer has a musty stench like it’s been in a shipping container or storage unit for months. It’s nauseating! The under eye corrector does exactly what any other concealer does and that’s not much. I contacted the company to return them as per their alleged 60 day money back guarantee but they sent me an email with a link to the Return Policy which had a link that said “Returns & Exchanges” at the bottom. I tapped on that and it sent me back to the Return Policy page. It just sends you in an unending circle so they can run out the clock and not have to refund my money. This is a dishonest company that sells poor quality products under the guise of no risk due to money back guarantee return then doesn’t allow you to return it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

I ordered 2 products on June 19. The expected delivery was June 27 to June 29. Now it has shown in moving in transit and delayed. I contacted customer service and it is now scheduled for the end of July. They said if not received by then they would address the issue. After several emails they still would not help. Their site says United States: 3-8 business days.
