Overall, I would categorize the products as mid quality but I love the under eye concealer with SPF, and I use the under eye masks for prevention ,maybe some treatment but I use other eye creams as well. They have frequent sales. What’s amazing (this is what they’ve told me I have applied this yet) is that you can apply accrued points for a discount even with sales. I usually get orders quick and track with shop app, but they also send email updates. This last order my shop app had some error, but customer service responded. So they respond instantly to email inquiries with AI generated responses and this is both good and frustrating as sometimes answers are wrong or repeated but once you express frustration a real person responds. Ive never tried to return .

I like the products, but they hide the fact that taxes are applied to the delivery, meaning you buy 100 € and then, out of nowhere because they hide that information during the whole checkout process, you have to pay close to 40 € additionally to pick up the package. The next time I was buying it, Amazon recommended the eye corrector. I liked that even more! I love the products so much that, when I needed to get some facial cleanser, I decided to try drmtlgy's. Unsurprisingly, I also love that. I'm currently looking at their serums. I think my entire skincare routine is going to be drmtlgy soon.
