Orders misplaced
I placed three orders on November 18th. The company shipped one but assigned the same shipping number to all of them. I had to contact them when my packages never arrive, they supposedly fixed it and were supposed to ship my other orders all in one. December 2nd rolls around and still nothing, no tracking even. I had to reach out again, and finally that night I got a tracking number. Keep in mind I signed up for subscriptions that start when I ordered it almost a month ago! Not impressed

I love the products
I love the products. (some more than others) Everyone is different so I like to try different things and then stick with the ones I feel I get the most benefit from. Customer service is stellar. They are very responsive and always go the extra mile to assist.

Not able to find tracking on orders on…
Not able to find tracking on orders on website. Placed an order 8 days ago with no word from this company regarding shipping. Products are awesome just wish there was more communication.
