Response and Support have been of excellent quality despite the time-consuming rocky road encountered in the "shipping/delivery" of the products.

So far 2 shower heads are leaking with cracks at connection when you unscrew for filter. Hair line cracks in same spot on two of them. I bought 5 of them and don’t know if the rest will do it . One is at my house and one is at my daughters house and cracked in same spots.weird , so what do I do with them.
