Do Not Buy This Product
This product boasted having high pressure and filtered water. All I got was what I only have to believe was filtered water. My pressure went down! I was charged for some filter program that I did not sign up for when I had already bought 6 filters upfront to avoid being on a "program". I was told there are no refunds for this dysfunctional product nor for the filter that was sent to me that I asked not to send when I received the notification it would be shipping! The customer service for this company is awful and I am saying it to whomever will listen to me! Know that every time I receive an email from you it is an INSULT that I will answer with this distain. NOT SATISFIED does not even touch my disappointment. I fought to get this ordered within my household and defended it and said it would make a difference. The only difference is now my household laughed at me for buying it. YOUR COMPANY SUCKS.
