Apart from not giving the full price upfront, the product works well, the stop feature is an added bonus ,helps to get a proper lather and the 2 spray adjustment and adequate for a Great shower.

Part 2 of the previous review. Their customer support reply stated they would follow up and investigate the problems and numerous back and forth emails. As is typical of their awful support, I have not received ANY follow-05/ up from them.

Ok, so I have the original one and needed filters, but the sell on Mother’s Day, had two of the blue ones with the fan, plus a years worth of filters. I received them over the weekend and I do not like them. They do not increase my water pressure very much at all, plus the filters do not fit the original one. I really need to send the back and get the original ones. I am not satisfied with the blue ones AT ALL! 😔
