Received my shower head last week I must say its really good im enjoying what it brings out I've only using one settings love it

My friend bought one thinking it would increase the water pressure, like they advertise. The water pressure was worse. Disgusting Lies.

Pleased to report it’s not a scam. My showerhead arrived after around two weeks, which to NZ is pretty darn good! The Drivse iondrops showerhead is so far so good. I’ll admit I only just used it for the first time. It seems really well made and top quality. It has three settings for water flow, plus an on off switch. I imagine it feels a lot like the rainfall showers. I also found the rubber probes around the shower head to give a good massage of my sore shoulders and back using my handheld set up. I felt so refreshed and relaxed afterwards. I have no idea if that was the intention, there were no instructions included with the showerhead apart from a couple on the box it came in. I haven’t filtered my shower water for a long time. Ran out of filters and as I got them online from overseas it was too hard and expensive to replace. I actually just found some locally for one of my filters though. My skin feels so soft and soothed now too after using the showerhead. And I feel refreshed. It worked. I took a star off because I think it’s very expensive, the most expensive shower head I’ve ever bought at a bit over NZ$70, I think I bought two that came close, but in contrast for that price they came with everything: a hose, vitamin C filters, and plumbing tape. This is only for the showerhead and a single filter. No mounting kit for the wall like it implied in the ad, that’s US$50 extra! I didn’t need this, but if you do, maybe don’t buy their wall mounting kit and shop at a plumbing store instead. I’ve read so many reviews saying it needed extra parts to wall mount anyway. Or maybe you already have the parts if it’s not for a new build. Easy to install on my handheld setup anyway, just screwed onto the hose. I resisted all efforts to buy filters, it asked repeatedly if I was sure and kept downsizing the filter pack every time I said no. Said am I sure I don’t want filtered water. Completely failed to mention it comes with one filter inside. Replacing the filter once a month seems excessive, most similar filters last about 3 months. But at least it has a window on the side so you can see when it’s actually dirty. They seemed way too expensive anyway, and I’m on a budget but I do have sensitive skin and don’t want chlorine or heavy metals. My skin has always been better with a shower filter. I googled today and what I found shocked me. I can buy them off a local website for NZ$20 for 10 filters. That’s NZ$2 each, and on Ali Express they’re even cheaper, I think NZ$7 for a pack of ten. I forget what Drivse offered me, but I remember baulking at the price of even a 3-pack of filters, so I’m thinking they were very expensive. On the Drivse website I see they want to charge a whopping NZ$216 (US$125) for 12 filters, NZ$18 each! It’s NZ$68 (US$39) on sale to buy a single filter, An absolutely massive NZ$86.50 (US$50) at full price for ONE filter. More than the showerhead itself cost. No wonder they offer free worldwide shipping. Definitely don’t buy the filters from them. They want you to make a snap decision, that’s how they get you. Filter doesn’t even look that impressive. I fail to see what’s costing even $18 to make it. Looks maybe $1 worth of plastic and cotton at most.

The shower mounting device is not even shown in the videos I've seen. Took about a month to receive and it arrived with no direction for the mount. The mounts in the videos are NOT the one I received. I have 2 of these devices and now I feel cheated. I will never even review any product made by these people. It's a ripoff! Refund my money!

I would say it is a decent showerhead, but nothing like the claims made in their advertisements. The pressure isn't nearly as strong as they make it look. If you hold the showerhead close to your body, it is good but farther away it starts to feel like mist and had no pressure at all. Even when it is up close, it is a needle-like spray and not super nice. I don't have much hair so it didn't bother me that much, but my wife hated it and refused to use it anymore after one week, so we went to Lowe's and bought a different one. Can't recommend this, sorry.

On the charge screen it said that charge didn’t go thru. So I sought out another style. Come to find out not only did it charge me for 2 units, it added a years worth of filters. It was almost double charge. When I emailed, I said I wanted a Refund and that I would refuse the package. I did get an answer the next day but was NOTHING LIKE I EXPECTED. It was explained that if I refused the shipment that the package would go back to a shipping address and may never get back to the company, come to find out I would need to return this with tracking internationally to the country of its origin. How long do you think I’m gonna have to wait for my refund of close to $200. This is terrible and I certainly hope that Amazon stops having anything to do with this company. In fact that is what I am writing a letter to Amazon about today.

This company has no honor Don’t buy it I have called and left messages 8 times no response Email too numerous to count no response They exploded what I ordered which went from an advertisement to 300+ dollars Do not fall for the scam

Do not purchase from this company. Their ads say refunds and returns are done. But they make you pay for postage the return goes to Portugal the cost is as much as you are returning.
