You charged both my wifes card and mine and only recieved 1 order Niether one of us completed the order process. I am in the process of having my card fight you. Originally you thanked me for the order and charged my wife. YOU are are a rip off artist

This place is a joke. Takes 2 months and I still don't have it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT....

I ordered 3 shower heads and I used one for about 2 weeks. I was not impressed with the showerheads. I requested to return and after a few emails, they gave me instructions to return the items. The items can be returned, BUT you have to ship the items to Portugal. WTF.. the cost to ship items to Portugal outweighs the refund. I know they know this and that is why they make you send them to Portugal. I do not recommend this company or it's products. Maybe I can use the showerheads to wash my car.

I can’t use it as if I attach to my pipe out of the wall it shoots over my head to the back of wall. With the hose being on bottle of holder, I can’t rotate it enough to get the stream down. I did buy another pipe for the wall but it’s still won’t rotate down far enough.

The shower head is fantastic, easy to use, and install.

Best shower I’ve had in years

Hard to say at the moment as we’ve only been using the shower for a week. I like the extra pressure it gives us so fingers crossed the rest will follow! The filters could be restricting for us to go forward as they are quite expensive!
