Please please be careful when ordering from this company. The shower head did not fit my current shower in our RV so I emailed them and sent it right back with a note inside. They are refusing to refund me even though the product was basically untouched...only looked at for 5 minutes, because I did not have a tracking #. I have bought online for years and have never had a company do this to me before. They now have the brand new shower back so they can resell it and my almost $400.00 that I'm just supposed to flush. Then they had the nerve to send me a subscription with a bunch of filters that I now have to send back. If they don't refund this one (which will have a tracking # I will be out $540.00. We are on SS and they could care less. Very upset,not sure what to do next except warn people on Facebook.

Toward the end of the ordering process it is revealed that frequent/weekly filter changing was necessary and I did not complete the order. Then they sent an email saying it was already packed and shipped - a blatant falsehood -- impossible. I sent another email response requesting an immediate refund and they refused. The ordering process tricks you into buying because they don't reveal that you will need hundreds of $10 filters. Shady business practice at best . . .

I ordered but had to cancel. The support email says they would contact within 24 -48 hours. I did receive email when I stated I wanted to cancel the order. They responded with a counter offer instead of confirming my cancellation. I have been waiting for a respond to the last 3 emails I sent. No phone number to call which makes me feel like this is a scam.

The product is great. Seems like really fresh water is now coming through. We had little pressure and now it is great pressure. It really makes a difference. We keep receiving additional filters and are being charged and I keep trying to directly contact the company but have not gotten any answers.

This sounds weird but the water feels cleaner on my skin now. I dont get that tight dry feeling after a hot shower anymore. Shaving actually feels smoother too. Its like a lil mood lift every morning.
