The responses finally were great took me being persistent but it paid off and they finally responded. Not completely happy as trial is not a trial any use voids return and if need to return you have to send back to China on own dime so beware. Overall product was good pressure wasn't what was expecting and faucet didn't adapt for me. But giving 5 star for final people who actually helped and showed care

The Customer Service that I received from Ton was prompt and excellent. I had little order mishap that was quickly taken care of. Tuly the best Customer Service I've received on a very long time.

If I could get this company zero Stars I would. In the first place I tried to order the product and it just kept spinning and spinning and spinning And the order process was never complete on my end! Lo and behold I get a charge and the order went through. I contacted them. Told them what happened. They told me I could send it back and it would be my responsibility to pay for it to be sent back and tracked. So I decided to keep the $39.99 shower head. A month later I get another charge for $39.98 for a filter that they alleged that I had signed up for at the time of purchase. However, the purchase ever went through on my end, but of course it did on theirs. Must be their tactic on how they scam people! Now they want me to return the product to China and there will be a 10% fee deducted. Are you flipping kidding me... I'm contacting the better Business bureau and the Wisconsin State attorney general's office in regards to this fraudulent business! Update 8/9/26 So I emailed again per their request after my initial review. Of course nothing changed. They're still offering me a partial refund of $9.99... what a joke. Nobody cares about the fact that I was guaranteed I would not receive any further charges after the showerhead charge. What crappy customer service!!! Update: After my first updated review, they finally agreed to refund me for the filter. Even though I'm thankful that they finally refunded me, the whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth and I probably won't ever order from them again.

I'm not satisfied with the sink faucet filters. How do i return them for a refund?

Basically, didnt have as much pressure as my older shower head. but will use it till filters need change then probably go back to my old Shower head. and yes I know its the pressure coming into home.. am retired Plummer and know exactly how much pressure my house intake has.. Geo Denogean

Impressed. Really upped the pressure coming out of my kitchen sink! The shower is a nice solid spray that gets you nice and wet fast. So far I really like the product.

Only received the head part of the shower. No filter, no hose that connects to the shower head and no hanger to hang the shower head. Hope with this review someone from customer service will reach out. Lastly, it took a month to receive this item.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription with your company and your countinuing to charge my card for another three months my are you I used my shower head for three weeks before it literally cracked at two different places.
