I truly enjoy taking a relaxing shower now. I like the features that allow me to adjust the flow of the stream of water as well as shut off the shower while I am shampooing my hair. I love it.

Packaging has a lot to be improved. Items sent in small boxes inside of a plastic bag. Three(3) of the boxes were damaged, smashed but fortunately your product wasn't damaged. Has a tendency to leak after showering. Pressure could be a little bit stronger.
Response from DrivseAug 12, 2026

Please email [email protected] with your order details and write “Trustpilot – Packaging & Leak Concern” in the subject line — I’ll make sure you get a direct response within 24 hours with clear options to resolve this.

I love my shower head and when the upgraded version came out I jumped on it and just received it. The box didn't show 2.0 or anything that confirmed it was the upgraded one so I reached out to the Drivse support team and almost instantly received a response from Sab. They checked my order and confirmed it is indeed the new one so I'll be installing it today. Im going to give my old one which works wonderfully to my daughter so she too can enjoy the benefits of softer hair and smoother skin that I have noticed. Great product and super customer service!
