when i bought the shower wand i also signed up for automatic refills which i didn’t realize. i was able to get it cancelled by writing to customer service. i would like to have been able to log into my account and see that i was signed up for the auto refills and been able to cancell them myself.

I have not recived the shower heads yet. I ended up getting double and triple of everything and spent $488

When I ordered 3 shower heads, the site led me to believe that I needed to order the hose kits. When I received my order, it came with the hose kits. Now I have 3 hose kits I don't need. I'll have to go through the hassle of sending them back. Also the shower head bracket places the shower head too high. Other than that we like the pressure it produces.

The change in water pressure for the shower was incredible compared to the shower before changing to the Drivse shower head. The filter trappings were unbelievable and required change within a month which was astonishing!

I’m glad the shower head gave you incredible pressure right away, and I understand your surprise at how quickly the filter filled — that shows it’s catching more than expected. A good tip is to replace the filter whenever you notice the water starting to feel harder again, as that’s the clearest sign it’s time.
