It's a cheap product and the company has a scam at checkout
They claim that I subscribed to a recurring subscription for filters at the checkout screen however I DID NOT! I emailed them immediately after receiving an email that my filters had shipped, I advised them that I DID NOT purchase anything else. They didn't respond until 4 days later, when the filters were on their way and of course the customer service reps said they couldn't cancel it.
