This feels like the kind of product that earns its place slowly. It doesn’t try to impress you right away but once you get used to it, you don’t want to go back.

Read before you buy. Placed order for two shower heads and one hose attachment. Received those and 4 faucet filters I didn’t order but was billed $79 for them. Then got another $59 billed to my card They said it was for filters. Received them 3 weeks later 2 filters that over $25 each When asked to return and get money back they told me I have to pay for shipping to their China warehouse when they shipped from California. If that address is true. I don’t trust anything with this email only customer support which maybe all A I generated.

Beware of this company. I was browsing their website and added a few items to my basket to check the total price, since they advertised a discount for multiple-item purchases. However, when I tried to see the final amount, the site forced me to enter a payment method before moving to the next page. I linked my PayPal account, and once I finally saw the total, it was not the discounted price they had advertised. There was no “Purchase” or “Cancel” button—only options to add more items—so I simply closed the window. A few minutes later, I received a PayPal purchase confirmation for an amount I had never agreed to. I tried calling the phone number listed on their website, but it was unreachable. This company charged me without my consent, and there is no way to contact them to cancel the order. They process payments on their own without completing a proper checkout. Very dishonest company.

We have already had one shower head crack and explode and they replaced it. I am no on my 3rd shower head. I bought 3 so my first they replaced. The second started leaking at the joint and I’m now using the 3rd one which has now started leaking. The quality is just not there

I cannot comment on their product as we did not use it. It was not what we expected and their return process is terrible - the only that was worse was dealing with their so called customer service group.

I did not complete transaction and was shocked to find a charge from Drives.com on my card. I sent an email disputing the charge and received email back stating my transaction dispute e mail was not delivered because it contained a VIRUS. The e mail was straight text with no attachments.

Very pleased with the shower head. Love the clean water now. Enjoying the multiple spray settings. Also like the adjustable settings in the holder. Two issues- was not very pleased with the time it took to arrive and the fact that the order did not make clear that the hose and holder for wall mounting were not included (I had to order those from Amazon). Other than that, I am enjoying your product.
