BEWARE:: I actually love the shower head which Is why this company got 2 stars instead of one. What I do not love is how this company conducts business. I paid $74.97 for 3 shower heads with filters included. The next month I noticed another transaction for the same price. I found out that the initial order was set up for automatic subscription. I did not recall going through or seeing anything in my initial purchase that let me know or even assume this. I immediately reported it through PayPal , which assured me the product had been taken off of renewal. Seeing as how I was charged the same price, I waited to see if 3 new shower heads would be delivered. Which would not have been a problem because I could’ve used them as gifts. Needless to say, from reading other reviews , I also received 3 shower filters ONLY! I contacted the company and told them this was not right. And I wanted a full refund and I would send them back. Or I would take a refund of $59.97 paying $15 for the filters (which I think is a fair price for 3). Desiree replied, sorry for the inconvenience, the renewal order has been cancelled for future purchases. Then Nestor replied, keep the filters , we cannot accept returns and we cannot give refunds. I am not a happy customer. And I really wish I”d read the reviews prior to ordering from this company. You really have hopes that most people and companies are decent. It’s really a shame that these types of companies really mess it up for the companies that do actually care about their customers. Lesson learned on my part
