I've been trying to get my refund for…

I've been trying to get my refund for this product since January 12. Also, I got a subscription that was being sent to me for the filters that I never ordered. They must sneak that in at the end when you are placing your order Do not trust this company I complained and said why would you send me the filters after you know I'm trying to return the product, they did not catch that either . I put in a claim with my credit card company as a fraud .I did not order those filters and they did refund me for that after in put in the fraud claim. They did not refund me for my products. I bought three sprayers two hoses and extra filters at that time. They were texting me trying to make a deal for me to keep it instead of returning it because they said I would have to pay 10% restocking fee and I had to pay for the return shipping . I could not trust these people so I said I will just keep them if you offered me 40% off they agreed that's been in January. I did not get a refund as of today February 10 do not deal with this company .Also the product is cheap plastic they make it look like metal but it's cheap plastic stay away from this company. I realized that later, I should've looked at the reviews that are on some websites. I told them I was going to write a bad review and go to Better Business Bureau and they act like they didn't care. I advise you to stay away.

The closer the better!
Up close this shower head is great. 3 different settings help. Just wish there were 2 more. JET and concentrated. With the shower head on the holder it’s about 2-3 feet from us. Water sprays out wide and isn’t as focused as when up close. Other than that, my wife and I enjoy it. I enjoy the feel of the water as well. Feels cleaner with less chemicals. We live in a location that has hard water. Water quality improved since switching shower heads.

Unwilling to uphold refund policies
Unwilling to uphold refund policies. Stonewalls requests and will NOT refund money eventhough published policy states "If not satisfied we don't want your money" DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. You will regreat it. I have been working on a refund for 2 months still no resolution.

Love the shower head
