This company does not care about their customers, only about their profit margin.

This company changed my order from 1 shower head to three without my knowledge or permission and now tell me I have to pay shipping to China to return the unwanted items plus lose 10% and some heretofore unmentioned restocking fee. This is supposed a fraudulent business. They want additional details so here goes. I ordered one Drivse shower head but somehow was charged for 3. I was told it was my mistake. Next I was assured I could return the 2 I did not want and get a refund. Then I was offered a 50% store credit in exchange for not having to return the 2 shower heads i never ordered because you have to return them to China, which would be exorbitant expensive. After numerous emails back and forth, I realized I couldn't win playing with a fraudulent company and accepted a $14.99 refund. The 2 heads ibdidnt want to begin with cost $70. I really got screwed and when I finally thought to look at their reviews I understood. There are so many complaints against this company for so many reasons I was dumbfounded. They might have a terrific product but they surely have no reasonable customer service.

The BEST showerhead!
I have severe dry skin (psoriasis) and hubby has eczema. I recently moved and the water is not good. You can literally smell the chlorine strongly. Our skin was getting worse. I bought one but was unable to use it at my previous apartment due to the hookup I had. We put it on in the new apartment and what a difference in our skin! The strength of the water is excellent with different settings. It even helps when I put it on sore muscles. We change the filter monthly and I wait for the deals to order refills. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

The showerhead worked great for a…
The showerhead worked great for a couple of showers, but then the plastic handle started to crack. Now water shoots everywhere with very low water pressure.

The shower pressure is great
The shower pressure is great, but the not the filter. Filter gets clogged easily, as per instructions, to change filter in a month, unfortunately it lastest less than a week in my shower. Need to change the filter often to keep the water pressure up! Do you have a better quality filter to last longer?
