The shower head is great. Not 'phenomenal', or mind-blowing by any means, about average- just with a lot of hype attached. Their marketing tactics, not great. Borderline fraudulent I'd say. I was 'got' by an ad on YouTube and through the buying process I was repeatedly annoyed by the nagging "upsell" discount option of buying more to achieve the advertised rate of 50% off. After declining multiple times, i ended up on a page that the "no thanks" button conveniently did nothing. How odd... and with a warning at the top to not go back or exit or close the page, lest I be charged twice.I was a bit ticked by this point so i just X'ed out of all 3 pages.Good thing I only put enough $ on my card for one charge, and I can block them if needed. I tried ordering a few filters and same b.s. again, bought 3 WAS supposed to get 3 free. Nope. Only got 3 filters. Im sure businesses get rich by pressuring ppl into these auto ship and tierd discount and broken "no thanks" button tactics but some of us pay attention to what our hard earned money goes towards and even though I like the showerhead, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy, all because the buying process is a pain in the ass trap to overcharge you for another mediocre,over-hyped, average product.

Order number DS596642764. We received the package damaged and it also looked like it had been opened. We opened it up. The showerhead was scratched and it also was missing the filter. We sent an email the next day and you responded the day after that you needed pictures and what happened I responded that same day with pictures and an explanation that the package looked like it had been open UPS PS really did a number on it now I’ve not heard anything from you for over a week so do I have to stop my credit card payment or are you guys going to replace it? I need to know ASAP thank you.

This company is garabge just like there products there a total scam!! Stay far away from there so called customer service as well WOW!! Subscription i never signed up for even after canceling STILL they ĺ charged me twice again for 74.99 and then completely lied and mocked me even showing them all the proof it was a joke to them wouldnt give me a refund. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with shitty shitty shitty people who work there its a SCAM!! ITS A SCAM!! DONT ORDER THEY ARE GARBAGE!! WASTE OF MONEY AND ENERGY

The showerhead/nozzle is nice. I enjoy it. It is not the showerhead/nozzle that is being sold. However, it is the filter subscription. I’m not happy about that at all. I’m sure if you read fine print in the ads it would tell you about the subscription and marriage contract with driver.

I never received the shower head I ordered!!!!

I wasn’t expecting anything special but it slowly impressed me. The water feels softer and my skin doesn’t get irritated anymore after hot showers. Hair feels smoother too. Just overall nicer.

I wanted to try the shower and filters so I bought a six month pack. economical and all in one. Customer Service was excellent and addressed my needs. no auto ship giving me 6 months to try and then renew!
