Shower head was definitely less powerful than my current, home depot purchased Moen shower head; filters are $60 for two small filters. Tried to return one of the heads and there was a restocking fee, shipping fee to China. Month later got charged for filters, again, for a head I didn't use and was told, via robot chat, that I didn't cancel my subscription. Well, that's me trying to return a product that I didn't like. Then when my second batch of filters arrived, and charged $60, I was offered a $12 refund just to keep them and not return, otherwise, paying shipping back to China AND restocking fee. Do not buy, these "positive reviews and photos" of all the smiling people are fake. Don't normally leave poor reviews but this is a scam.

I have a order that you's were paid for but I have not recieved it. I tracked the package and all it says it out for delivery. Well thats been since March 27th ,2026 and still tracking says the same. Contacted your support service but no results just keep getting the run around. Horrible company will never shop with you again and will be reporting this to the BBB also .

Pretty fast delivery. I have noticed a change in my hair/skin for the better. We have hard water with a water conditioner, we also had a filter on on our other shower head. It pales in comparison. Will be ordering an additional one soon.

I would leave no stars if I could. I ordered 2 showeheads and one broke within in 2 weeks. I tried to contact the vendor about this issue and an autoshio of the filters for 3 months and got no response. I had to get paypal to interviene and I am waiting for a resolution.

Worst company ever. Set up automatic subscription $60 a month for two dinky filters. Won’t answer emails or calls. AVOID!

I purchased a shower head I did not purchase filters or anything recurring. They have charged my account almost 80 dollars every month by mistake and I can’t get them to stop. Apparently I will have to order a new debit card to get them to stop. I have been unable to call them or anything to discuss.
