James is excellent at his job!
James, customer service rep, gave exceptional service, second to none! Everything he did was excellent! I’d like to recommend him for a big promotion but I’m afraid he’d have to leave his present position. I fill out almost every review I can respond to, and I can honestly say I’ve never written a more positive review for anyone in customer service. I concluded with a big THANK YOU!

I don't like the way you force shipped…
I don't like the way you force shipped the filters if I need filters I'll order them, but until then I'll order as needed I don't like you shipping anything, or going in my account without my permission. Thank you in advance. My Bank has been notified. Jerry Jones.

Expensive for quality type
Expensive for quality type. Super super slow shipping. Bought last month, and still waiting for my over priced filters and the shower holder accessories.

Right away my skin did not feell so dry…
Right away my skin did not feell so dry after towling off. I skipped lotion just to see how long it would take till my skin screamed for lotion. It was late the next day that my skin started screaming for lotion. . My hair sis not feel stripped of its natural feel, even tho its coloredl, not like straw at the ends. . My haair is ggetting better and better each shampoo. I love it.

This shower head makes a big difference…
This shower head makes a big difference in my hair from the get go. I won't need all the fancy expensive shampoos and body washes. The clean water does it all. Thank you for providing this great product.

Loving it!
So far, I'm really enjoying this product. The water pressure is wonderful and it feels like a rain shower washing over you. My shampoo and soaps lather up so beautifully and I'm finding I don't have to use as much product. I'm looking forward to loving it even more as I use it.
