I absolutely love this shower. My skin and hair have never ever felt better. I'm 53 and have long thick wavy hair. I grew up in the days of slathering on baby oil and baking your skin in the sun. My hair isn't frizzy anymore, skin is happy, not dry, itchy and face isn't oily. I use high end products but this shower is the thing that brings it all together and it is because of the filter. Removing all the crap they put in our local water supply makes a world of difference. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the additional cost of the filers is high/expensive. I am on a budget so cost is important to me and I can't afford the monthly amount so I had to go to a three month filter change plan.

Water flow button doesn't work.

I love the shower head, except it seats to high in my shower. The shower head should be able to sit lower in the shower head holder.

I absolutely love this shower head. I’ve had the other one that was made by you with round color stones inside to purify the water. And I’ve had the for about 3years now. But I saw this newest one on the market and I thought I would give it a try and I’m glad I did. Yes I have to change the filters but I’ll tell you it boosts the pressure and it has more adjustments which is a good thing. Thank you for giving me the chance to on my daily showers. So far so good.Only have had it for one week and feel cleaner and hair much softer.

This was my worst experience ever. I purchased 2 showerheads without knowing that you would keep sending filters monthly for a ridiculously high price. And it was extremely difficult to get through to you. I was originally told that a return receipt would be sent to me and then 4-5 emails said that I had to pay for the return or receive 50% back. I finally gave up on telling about my first email and requested the 50% back. I received an email within minutes utes that I had half the money as store credit. I will NEVER purchase from you again and will share with everyone to not purchase from you.

On off tap not required. As it is it is slightly too heavy and some brackets can not hold it in a fixed position. Other than that it is very impressive.
