I had issues with the auto buy of filters and spoke only twice by email to have this canceled as I haven't installed them yet much less used a single filter since they're for our cabin. Customer service handled it quickly and without an issue! This is how it should be great job!

We liked the shower head overall but it developed a hairline crack on the handle below the “stop”button.” Water was spraying on the wall, so I disconnected it and purchased a new shower head.

Definitely increased my water pressure 10 fold. Uses less water, and I love the spa-like spray feature. I will definitely use this product in my next home.

I absolutely love mine, my skin feels softer as my hair also. I cant believe all these years using the same shower head. Just thinking to bad the filter doesn't need changing every month. Im sure of a change in the near future it might happen! 🥰

So very exhillerating--feel so very clean and noticeably so soft-after stepping out of the shower. The fact I am not cleaning myself in all sorts of chemicals is a great feeling. More people should at least try this, if you did you would be a lifetime user. I have never been more excited about anything that makes my body feel younger and skin more radiant.
