The company support was very helpful with a payment process. There was a duplicate website out there but because of Gaurdio I was steered to the right website and will actually get the product which I have one already and liked it so much I am putting in my second bathroom.

This shower head is pretty darn good, but for me it is useless without a way to mount it up at the water source (outlet pipe) . I have tried to find a way to buy the little 'y' bracket from Drivse without buying the hose they sell with it. Together they sell for something like $54 for one, whereas I bought a shower head for for only $30. If they can't help me buy that special little bracket my only next step is to 'try' to get my money back.

Ease of ordering and delivery. Couldn't wait to use it went and took a shower (just because). Water feels soft. Water just slides off hair and skin. Hair feels softer. Didn't require much body lotion. Was difficult at first understanding what size replacement filter to buy. Would recommend this item to anyone. Price is bad either.

It’s a nice shower head, the water pressure that comes out of it is very decent no complaints at this time I’ll let you folks know if anything changes that you should know about and I would recommend other people to order one Mr.E Ontario,California
