Terribly service delivery - persistent long delays and excuses. Repeated requests to send address information, that’s captured when order placed.

Happy with shower head but didn’t realise I was committed to buying refills which are expensive

I still haven't been able to use my shower heads, because I didn't realize you had to buy the hose and holder separately. That is frustrating.

After using it for a few weeks I realized I don’t want to go back to my old shower head. My skin feels calmer and my hair feels cleaner without that stripped feeling. It didn’t impress me instantly but over time the difference became obvious. And thats usually the sign of a good product.

My review is not of the shower head as I do not have it installed yet. But I want all to know that I have never had such quick response and positive solution to a problem when contacting customer service. And my issue was not their fault, but still graciously solved my problem exact as I asked within a few minutes. I am having a good day!
