I bought the triple pack of ion drops for the best deal at 50 percent off. They turned out to be everything you ever wanted in a shower hand held piece I was not disappointed. There was plenty of pressure and good mechanisms with easy adjustments. But the most impressive part was the phone call from California US to Perth AUS to ask if everything was going well. The lady was very friendly and helpful with everything. Cheers

Hi Paul, I'm delighted to hear the ion drops delivered the pressure and easy adjustments you were looking for, and it's especially great to know our team’s follow-up call all the way to Perth made a positive impression. 😊

The drives shower heads are an expensive piece of junk. The plastic cracked and leaks after a few months use. Do not buy, they are expensive, and they are junk.
Response from DrivseSep 26, 2026
Hi Maureen, I'm sorry your shower head cracked and began leaking after only a few months, as that’s not the experience I want for any customer. Please email [email protected] with your order number and the subject line "Trustpilot – Cracked Shower Head", and I'll make sure your case is reviewed within 24 hours for a replacement or resolution.

I bought two shower heads at two different times and both have had the same issue with them getting a couple of splits in them where you replace the filter. They refuse to send me a replacement or even refund my money. Instead have offered me a 50% discount for a new purchase even though that is an offer already on their website. Very disappointing.
Response from DrivseSep 25, 2026
Hi Leanna, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I understand how frustrating it must be to encounter the same issue with two different shower heads and then feel that your concerns were not properly resolved. Please reach out through [email protected] with your order details, and I’ll be happy to review your case again and see how I can help. I'll make sure, you will receive a response within 24 hours.

You stole my money! I'm a disabled senior on limited income and you signed me up for automatic shipping for a filter that I never ordered. I also never ordered your shower head. Your entire process is a scam and I have reported you to multiple agencies. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Updated Review on 9/24/26 Prior to this review, I unsubscribed from the subscription under my account. I hope this works. The showerhead was Heaven until it stopped working properly. It still works, but not with the same strength and I can no longer pause it. It continuously runs. The other thing is I was subscribed to get monthly filters. I don't recall subscribing to this...$40.00. I wish it was still working properly.

Hi Trenia, Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm glad to hear you initially enjoyed the showerhead, but I'm sorry to learn that its performance has changed and that the pause function is no longer working as expected. I'd also like to look into the filter subscription concern. Please contact me at [email protected] with your order details so I can review your account and help clarify the subscription and product issues
