In the first week of using
In the first week of using, the shower head came off and I tried to reattach, to no avail, it kept leaking. I switched to the second shower head worked ok for a while, but started leaking where the shower head attaches to the shower hose. I applied teflon tape to see if this would fix the problem, but it did not. I had to purchase a new shower hose and get parts from the first shower head to stop the leak. I would like to get a warranty replacement or refund.
