Extra charges, returns to China at 160% of cost.
I was so excited to start using your filtered shower products. First, the deal was great, got 2 shower heads for $59. Then it cost $75 to get the hose and connector. Then another $79 to get 3 additional filters and go on a monthly filer expense. I feel that is false advertising and I know now how you make your money. Then I connected one an it was so tall in my shower it shot straight out to the back of my shower. I could not get it to spray a a downward angle at all. And, My wife couldn't even reach it to unhook it as a hand-held. Very disappointed in every way. I emailed to return it and found that I only got 90% back and I had to pay for the return shipping back to China. It would have cost me $360 to return my $224 with of product. That’s 161%of my original expense.

Hi Lawrence, Seeing the cost increase with the added hose, filters, and subscription, then finding the showerhead wouldn’t angle properly for your setup, is understandably frustrating—especially when returning it to China would cost more than the products themselves.
