I’m EXTREMELY concerned with the PERSONAL INFORMATION of my driver’s license that a photo was taken of and was then emailed to me after I left the rental lot with photos of the car’s condition report and is publicly available via a website URL link that is host by AWS (Amazon Web Services). I was SHOCKED!!! Please remove the photo of my driver’s license immediately! *** Sending DRIVERS LICENSE IDENTIFICATION via eMail using the PUBLIC INTERNET is NOT a secure way, it is a MAJOR security concern and should NEVER be done the way Driveo’s system is setup needs to be updated to AVOID this method at all extents. *** I’ve NEVER experienced this with any other car rents company in the world until now. “…According to a recent study, identity theft hit an all-time high in 2016 and one in six U.S. adults were a victim. My experience with DRIVO was Pleasant as all of my needs were Met .

Everything went smoothly. I would recommend.

Called to get a shuttle when we landed, they said it would be 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes late I had to call again and it was about 10 minutes later that someone finally showed up. I reserved online for $189, "final price to be paid at pickup", they said they couldn't honor that reservation price and charged me over $250. They also did have the car size I reserved, so downgraded me for a higher price because "that's the best he could do". The car smells which they just tried to cover up by throwing multiple air freshners in there, it makes weird noises when you turn the steering wheel, overall, horrible experience and will never use them again

I was very impressed with the way I was greeted and the manner the staff checked me in when I picked up my car. Shawn F was the one that checked me in when I returned the car and it was quick and painless to say the least. Not only the rental rates to lease a car were lower than the other rental companies but the superb service provided was nothing but excellent! I will be a returning customer without a doubt.

ACE/ Drivo car rental LGA.Bob was personable and efficient! Very quick return. Easy shuttle access to site after arrival at LGA Car was good! All in all happy!

Great customer service and terrific value! Fairly easy to get shuttle. Just remember to bring your insurance information with you.
