Great service and great patience

I was having the worst day of my life and Found this company willing to help me.I was so happy and felt a great deal stress taken off my shoulders.

I was told I would be given the option of the 3 warranties to choose from by the customer service representative. When I received the package a warranty was selected without my approval or consent. This really put a bad taste in my mouth and was totally unprofessional. I don't like the way business was conducted and want nothing to do with this company. Please process my 100.00 dollars deposit and return it to me.

Scammers Fraud

I called customer service for car shield and for some reason I was switched over tot his company in order to cancel my service. The representative gathered my info and then said alright now we need to authorize $100 in order to cancel your service, I told him no I do t authorize that and I would call back another time in order to do that. He then said well it’s your own fault for not reading the fine print and understanding how to cancel and plus it’s already been preauthorized so we got the $100. They were not a cancellation service, this company is a scam, they signed me up for another car extended warranty service with a company called drive smart and the $100 was actually a deposit. They stole the money out of account and then hung up on me and I could never get anyone else on the phone to help with this issue.

I made it clear that I wasn't too comfortable with this service and would like to call back at a later time

They are scamming people out they money which I am a certified lawyer and if me and my husband information be used I will be taking this company to court.
