I got a call from Omega another extended warranty company and when I told them I had DriveSmart they said I was on a red flag list of people who were involved in a 3rd party contract. I was a little upset until I called your customer service department and talked with "Lucy". She explained so much to me and she made me feel like my car and myself were in good hands with DriveSmart. Lucy is excellent in her job! She has a warm and friendly personality that bubbles over with enthusiasm for her job! After, speaking with Lucy I would refer DriveSmart to my friends and family. Thank You Lucy for being you!
