I called this morning looking for a carry bag for my rollator and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Liam who went above and beyond to try and help me considering it was not a product they supplied. I really appreciated his help, support and understanding of my needs.

if you buy an item from Drive Medical and need to return it, even if you bought it from amazon, they want you to ship it back to Drive medical at your expense. If they refund your money, they will charge you a 15% restocking fee.

Amazing Support from Helene Mermelstein – Went Above and Beyond!I want to share my incredibly positive experience with Drive Medical’s customer service team, specifically Helene Mermelstein. The front wheel on my Nitro Glide knee scooter cracked, and because it was already out of warranty, I was worried I would be stuck without mobility when I really needed it most.Helene stepped in and completely saved the day. As part of the Customer Experience Quality Assurance team, she truly went above and beyond to make things right. She quickly arranged to send me new replacement wheels, getting my scooter back in service in no time.It is incredibly rare to find a company—and an individual—willing to help out like this for an out-of-warranty item. Helene was kind, efficient, and understanding of how critical this equipment was to my daily life. Drive Medical is lucky to have her, and I am deeply grateful for her help!

Absolutely the worst experience from a company that is supposed to help. I received two elongated toilet seat seats that were supposed to be an add-on to an existing toilet seat, but turned out to be a toilet seat. It took me a half an hour to find anything about their return policy. In that policy, you basically have no way to contact customer service but need to provide 20 minutes worth of information just to apply for a credit. Then you get the list of ineligible returns whether they’ve been opened or not. With the number of terrible reviews, Spotify, Amazon, and any other retailer that uses this company should stop immediately. I cannot stress to anyone who wants to buy medical equipment to stay away from this company. You all should be ashamed and embarrassed by your terrible treatment.

When you buy walking aids from them this company they dont sell the parts for them also when you call the company they dont return your calls or emails what is the point on selling walking aids if you dont sell the parts won't be buying anything else from this company

Poorly designed Cruiser lll wheelchair. Bolts located on front arm release so that when you set the brakes you can easily lacerate your hand. Clips that hold the footrests in vertical position are not long enough and the footrests fall with any movement. The right footrest peg that secures the foot reaining strap came out the first time it got bumped, deforming the hole it sits in. Very poorly designed chair wih no quality control seemingly.

I had to replace my Drive Preserve Tech folding walker purchased 2 years ago because I fell over in the Feb ‘26 30” snowstorm and bent one leg. I was able to roughly straighten the bent leg but never fully so I ordered another one These are the very well made and well packed for shipping. I have only positive remarks about this walker as in all aspects. Thank you Drive!
