if you buy an item from Drive Medical and need to return it, even if you bought it from amazon, they want you to ship it back to Drive medical at your expense. If they refund your money, they will charge you a 15% restocking fee.

Absolutely the worst experience from a company that is supposed to help. I received two elongated toilet seat seats that were supposed to be an add-on to an existing toilet seat, but turned out to be a toilet seat. It took me a half an hour to find anything about their return policy. In that policy, you basically have no way to contact customer service but need to provide 20 minutes worth of information just to apply for a credit. Then you get the list of ineligible returns whether they’ve been opened or not. With the number of terrible reviews, Spotify, Amazon, and any other retailer that uses this company should stop immediately. I cannot stress to anyone who wants to buy medical equipment to stay away from this company. You all should be ashamed and embarrassed by your terrible treatment.

When you buy walking aids from them this company they dont sell the parts for them also when you call the company they dont return your calls or emails what is the point on selling walking aids if you dont sell the parts won't be buying anything else from this company

Poorly designed Cruiser lll wheelchair. Bolts located on front arm release so that when you set the brakes you can easily lacerate your hand. Clips that hold the footrests in vertical position are not long enough and the footrests fall with any movement. The right footrest peg that secures the foot reaining strap came out the first time it got bumped, deforming the hole it sits in. Very poorly designed chair wih no quality control seemingly.

Bought three items. Transition bench for bathing does not have enough leg height adjustment to fit tub. Elongated raised toilet seat. Does not fit my Amercan Standard toilet. Afraid to try the bed rail. This stuff is going back. Disappointed. Seems sturdy enough just poor design. Do not recommend.

If zero stars was available i would give them this. For past 3 days have been promised that an engineer will come to fix a broken electric bath chair. My friend is frail, has mobility issues as well as mental health issues and already has had a serious fall. Constantly told that an engineer will urgently come out, false promises. This firm is paid by local authorities to deliver a service, which they are not. We will also raise this with the Council. No care or consideration at all

I used to work for them. A terrible experience. Many people working there are their own bosses therefore everyone gives you a different response. You are a number. You are blamed for someone’s else responsibility and accused of things you do not do. I would stay away. You are not respected and are constantly stabbed in the back and lied about.
