The whole process is overly complicated and time consuming. Each time I got a reply from support team it was from a different person. There were significant delays in the processing of information. If this service is intended to make the process easier and timelier, then it has failed miserably. Update: I eventually cancelled the transaction after multiple issues. Realistically speaking this is a process that takes a minimum a 2 full business days. As to their advertising 9 steps in 9 minutes, that’s a blatant exaggeration.

Worked with Riley Price and from the first phone call he was great. Follow up was quick and the transaction went smoothly. Would work with them again.

I purchased a car from a local dealership and I trying to receive a temporary tag caramel representative helped me completely through the process. It took a,little than usual through no fault of my representative but he made phone calls did what was necessary to get me the temporary tag..I am very grateful for his help. Thank you

Couldn't have been worse. Support is beyond terrible. I had 40+ correspondences outside of their broken UI, which ultimately ended in a canceled transaction after I had drove several hours to pick up the car due to nothing other than their incompetency

The process for the vehicle began June 6, 2025. The stuff from cars.com and Carmel were excellent and kept me up-to date on what had transpired, and what the next step would be. so I was satisfied with the communication overall they did great. However when it came time to complete the transaction financially it was difficult to complete with the directions provided online. I attempted to contact them via landline to see if we could resolve this and it took approximately three attempts via landline. So this process could be a little better but overall good service. thank ju you

I tried to use their site for a purchase. It took them 6 days to correct an issue on their site and the seller walked away and sold the vehicle to someone else. They don’t work weekends and they cost me the deal on a very rare vehicle that I might never find again!
