Caramel has helped our dealership tremendously!! With an easy to use platform, and great help from their team, we have found a way to get traditional type financing to our dealership without having to jump through a lot of hoops!! Thanks Colyn and the rest of the caramel staff for all you do!

Quick and Easy transaction. Very fast response time on questions. Megan has held my hand through the whole experience. Also, loved having a 3rd party involved with the transaction due to this being an auction purchase.

Update: A month after sending all documents I have no updates via email or website. My temporary registration is about to expire and I have no title or permanent registration. Caramel's help link leads to a non-existent page. If I could give less than one star I would. Caramel has found a way to make simple process complicated while charging money to do so. I should have simply taken cash or cashier's check to the seller and received the title. Instead, both I and the seller have been forced to jump through multiple hoops. It takes longer for both of us, and I still have to visit Fed Ex AND the DMV.

Terrible process. Then I was sent the paperwork to go to the DMV myself. Without all the paperwork I needed. Now here I am sitting that dmv AND THEIR is basically no customer service to help me get what I need. Terrible busnsnes.

Employees like Allyson are hard to find. Her delivery and follow through have been second to none. It has been a delight to work with her.

Anthony has made my experience with Caramel Great! As a small dealer, it’s difficult to offer good financing for customers to not only help them, but also help me put deals together. I’m very thankful to have Caramel as a tool in my toolbox for my auto sales needs.
