I appreciate the fact that Drive Caramel has some requirements for a car to get smoged in California. The owner of the car did not have or removed important badging that could a have failed the car on a physical inspection. I want to thank Megan for walking me through the process. She was very informative.

This experience has been a disaster. It's been a month and I still don't have the title to the car I purchased so it sits in the garage. I've called their customer support more times than I can count and I get conflicting answers, people that obviously are not familiar with the services I've contracted for (i.e. having the title sent to me so I can register the car vs. Caramel taking care of taxes, fees and registration). If you want to use this service make sure you can afford not to drive your car for a month or, who knows, because I can't get a status update that I can believe. Just terrible. My response after reading Caramel’s response is wher is my title? When can I expect it? None of your people can give me any answers. My car is in purgatory! So awful…
