Hello again, Christina! We just wanted to let you know that since your review, we have done what we could to be very transparent about the stock difficulties. There is now a banner on our website letting customers know that they need to call in for specific in-hands date and can ask about stock for specific items. We really appreciate your attention to this matter and always want our customers to feel taken care of and communicated with. If you would have any interest in changing your review, we would really appreciate it and you could do so at this link: https://support.trustpilot.com/hc/en-us/articles/201839063-Edit-or-delete-your-review Thank you again for taking the time! Take care, The DrinkBranders Team Thank you for your review, Christina. I'm very glad you recognized and experienced our kind and helpful employees juggling the stress of stock issues that Covid has presented. It is trying times for many industries and we are doing the best we can to compensate for the things that are completely out of our control. With stock availability literally changing by the minute on the thousands of items we carry, it is simply not possible to update our website real-time. We are ALWAYS happy to speak to our customers and do everything we can to get them exactly what they want. If an item is out of stock, we have dedicated staff ready to help you choose the next best thing. I apologize that your refund for the change took longer than you would have liked. These things take time to process and we are doing everything we can to stay on top of it all as quickly as possible. Thank you very much for your order. We look forward to things getting back to "normal" and hope we can serve you well in the future.
