Thank you for supporting our conference with our wonderful braded water bottles. I appreciate the quality of the item. I think the texture of the H2Go Journey makes the printing a little fuzzy but it is till very legible. I appreciate what seems so far as accurate shipping. There were some lags in communication that at times were challenging for me. I'm sure COVD had a lot to do with that. To be sure, I appreciate your services and will likely use them again. Best, Alex
