I found the ordering process to be very easy and my order arrived quickly. However, the two scents that I got for my home plug-in both smell like cheap perfume. They instantly gave me a headache and a stomach ache. I’m really disappointed because it’s advertised as being more natural smelling, and safe for pets. When I went to try to get a refund, I found out they don’t offer refunds at all. Also, I found that I was signed up for a monthly subscription that I didn’t even know I was opted into. Thankfully, I was able to cancel that rather easily.
