The product is great. However it’s expensive and the customer service is not great. Despite trying to cancel my subscription the website won’t let me. Each month I get a notification my next order is on its way. Each month I email them and ask them to cancel the subscription. I do get a refund but each month for the last 6 months I have had to keep repeating this process. Despite me asking them to close my account they haven’t got back to me. For me this product is not worth the hassle it brings.

I have attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times and they keep charging me and charging my card. Guess I will have to cancel my card to get it to stop.

Great product but I canceled my subscription because the lack of customer service and sighnificant challenge in managing the onslaught of shipments. No response from service. Difficult to manage. Looking for an alternative that makes it easy for the customer to manage. Update: after cancelling, they promptly advised a new shipment and charge to my credit card. How the hell does this happen?

I love the scents I just wish the prices were lower.

The smells don’t smell. At all. Not even on the highest level. I feel I threw my money away.

Awesome product and fast shipping. Smells amazing, the diffuser is discrete and I love the lavender scent. My only complaint is that you get automatically signed up for a subscription, but it’s easy to cancel.

Had no idea they signed me up for a subscription. Even worse, they don't allow returns?!?!? Dumb! I orderd 6 of them 3 months ago, and now I have $57 worth of stuff that I don't want.

Ordered an air freshener for car - didn’t arrive with no way of tracking, contacted their customer care email twice and no response. Basically been scammed - appalling service, would avoid ordering from this company !!!
