I was able to try two new scents that is very nice. Love the plug in. I'm pretty sure my nose has adjusted to the scents now cause I no longer smell it throughout my home unless I'm right up on it. It's a great product. Looking to try some new scents in the near future.

I would like to be able to change my subscription without the support staff. But customer support is helpful. The smells are good but I also not sure they last as long as I like. I would also like Drift to have a recycle option. It seems wasteful.

I had contacted Drift thru email my concern that I keep receiving product. I went to my account to remove the subscription and it wasn't there. They had already taken care of it for me. Great customer service! I love the product and friends have asked about how they can get it too. I have enough and when I run out, I will be reordering. So much better scents than at the grocery store!

I canceled the subscription since December. Yet I received an order last month and this month. I DO NOT wish to continue with your company. I feel now you're committing FRAUD. Please refund my money back to my card that you have no authorization to bill.
