This company is terrible to deal with. They have no contact phone number??? I wonder why. I have tried to cancel my Subscription twice through email and they continue to send me products. I am very frustrated. They obviously don’t read emails for cancellation or maybe they do and ignore them. I will look into getting this company blocked on my credit card.

I am extremely disappointed with the complete lack of response from this company. I have made multiple attempts to contact their support team, yet none of my messages have received a reply. A basic level of communication with customers should be expected from any legitimate business, and the absence of it here is very concerning. After reviewing other customer feedback online, it is clear that many people have experienced the same issue poor communication and a failure to respond to customer inquiries. Unfortunately, my experience appears to be no different. It is disappointing to see that these complaints are consistent and that the company does not seem to be addressing them. Because I received no response and the website does not provide a functional option to cancel my order/forced subscription, I was forced to contact my credit card company and cancel the card associated with this purchase to protect myself. Customers should not have to take such drastic measures simply because a company refuses to communicate.

Never received the product and there is no way to contact the company.

Ordered a few different fragrances, all lasted a few days. Great idea, look great but definitely need more work before selling them. Overpriced for a few days fragrances. Until they change how they make this product, I'd definitely look at other car freshers.

My order was delivered to the wrong address TWICE. Absolutely done with this.

Force you into a subscription and will continue to charge after attempting to cancel

Product leaked all over my desk and ate the finish off the desk

I never signed up for a subscription I just wanted to try the product and that was it and nothing more I received a second month without knowing id signed up for it
