The reason I stopped my subscription…
The reason I stopped my subscription over a year ago was due to the fact that your scents were just not lasting like they used to. I have always had the wood refreshers and they used to hold the scent for almost 30 days until I got my next one…Fast forward to today, and the scent may last upwards of 1-1/2 weeks and then it’s gone; and we’re not even into the summer months yet. Really disappointing. I understand that everything is expensive and we cut where we can, but I feel that the quality was cut with your products now, and I won’t be back. We had a good run and it was great while it lasted. Have a great day.

Great smelling product
Great smelling product, just keep in mind you are purchasing a subscription. I didnt realize this however it was easy to cancel before the second month was delivered and I was given a refund.

As I try to reorder refills, the website doesn’t allow me to order without signing up for a subscription.

Our fresheners are available on a subscription basis. We do make it as flexible as possible. Once you place an order and activate your account, it is very easy to go in and change the next order dates, swap scents, or cancel altogether at any time. You can also reach out to us at [email protected] and we'd be happy to help get you sorted on the refills.
