Do not buy not as advertised
Dribble football/ soccer is sold to the customer as in interactive skill building ball and app. Whereby you can take part in live sessions in order to improve football skills. I purchased this product in the UK there are NO live sessions for the UK!!!! All sessions are set to US time zones with no appropriate times for elsewhere. I have returned the ball 30.12.21 as the product is not fit for purpose and I am yet to receive a refund. DO NOT BUY IN UK!

Hi Gemma, I'm sorry that Dribbleup did not meet your expectations. Aside from daily live sessions, we offer hundreds of on-demand sessions that are available at any time. The Dribbleup Membership unlocks all content within the app. Returns are refunded as soon as they are received at our warehouse. I'm sorry if there was a delay with processing but hope it's resolved now. Please contact us if you still need support. Email us at [email protected] or live chat at dribbleup.com.

Terrible app and bad customer service
Terrible app and bad customer service. They only want to sell subscriptions for a product that doesn't need a subscription. This isn't a fitness product. It's a skill-building product.

Hi Berry, I'm sorry you feel this way. Membership is required with all Smart Equipment purchases. This allows you to access live and on-demand sessions with our expert trainers within the Dribbleup App. You can cancel your Membership at any time and still access limited content.

Deliberately kept supscription running after cancellation
On their website they state that to cancel a supscription one has to email them. I sent that email in April, but DribbleUP kept on charging me for another six months. Not cool. And absolutely no attempt to make good. Definitely not the way to behave as they claim to be a 'small family company' - especially as most of their business surely are 'small family clients'.

App glitches and makes impossible for my son to practice as the ball market fly’s around the screen. Device on list of approved. Customer service horrendous . Don’t buy this product

Don't BOTHER
Highly Priced to make it look like a sale is value for money when in reality Massively OVERPRICED, poor customer service had to wait 6 minutes for a reply just to get told what I already knew. I replied again. Reiterating the original question and received no reply. General Rule of Life: DO NOT Buy a Football from people who cannot kick a football, very gimmicky offering no real training benefit
