I bought this for my son, but I realized we couldn’t do the membership right now so I returned it. They have the best most responsive customer service. No Hassle complete refund no questions asked quick and polite. What a pleasant surprise. I will be buying again!

Our stand (that holds the device) broke after only a few uses. I emailed customer service and had a perfect new stand by the end of the week! Great customer care!

I purchased dribble up for a gift. Before I even received the product my daughter told me there was not enough space in her small home. So I requested a refund. They were understanding and quickly sent me return labels. The customer service I received has been great, as great as I thought of the product. I think this would be good for any child that aspires to grow in sports.

Great product, prompt response from customer service. Kids getting a good workout while having fun and sharpening their soccer skills. Our soccer ball had a defect and I was worried we may be out of luck, but we had an immediate replacement shipped out to us. A company that really stands by its product and its customers. Great customer service! Never had any issues and very prompt with replying through email. Ordered the wrong size soccer ball and wanted to exchange it was so simple and no hassle. My nephew loves his basketball and just waiting for the soccer ball for my niece.
