Dribble-up customer service is on point! There was a miscommunication within my family, and two of us purchased the dribble-up soccer ball for one child. Not only did the customer service team email me back within an hour, but they kindly refunded me for my purchase, no questions asked. They were super friendly and prompt. I recently ordered 2 dribble up basketballs and had a question about membership. I send an email to customer service on a Sunday not expecting a reply for at least a day or two. I received a response back within a few hours. The response was very helpful answered my questions and provided resources for additional assistance if needed. Way to go dribbleup! Thank you!

I have not received my order, but the customer service I received was outstanding!! I placed the order and forgot to put in the code for a discount and thought that I lost the discount, but decided to reply to the important information email, asked if the discount could be applied and in no time, I received a reply and a refund.
