The customer service is wonderful. They responded after business hours and sent me a second shipment because my original appeared to have been lost in the mail. Then my original showed up and they handled the return of the second shipment quickly. All in all a great experience so far.

I ordered a doubleup stand, ball and program from doubleup. I accidentally ordered 2 of the balls and program. I went to their online return site and messaged them what had happened. Within 2 minutes the situation was rectified and they credited my account and changed my order—-they were faster than if I talked to them by phone. Great customer service

There was a misunderstanding on my part about the start of membership. I didn’t select the box to start it on Christmas so I assumed that it wouldn’t start until I contacted them. Well, I receivable email stating that the membership would be starting the day that I receive my order which will be next week. I responded to the email and provided the aforementioned information and with NO HESITATION they changed the start date to Christmas. Now I want be paying for the membership until my son actually receives the gift. The process was very smooth.
