Great customer service. They were very helpful and fast. No questions asked and replaced a broken stand. Now the dribble up app and basketball have really made my daughters more confident dribbling on the court. We could see a difference within a week. I would highly recommend.

I bought for my grandson and he didn’t use the subscription. All I did was send an email and they canceled the subscription. Have never experienced such ease with cancellation of anything. These peeps have awesome customer service! I hesitated to buy because I figure it would be a hassle but no hassle at all!

I purchased two items as Christmas Gifts so I have not given them out yet, but I accidently ordered a baseball glove incorrectly (wrong hand) and after receiving the order I realized this. Customer service was excellent in getting this returned and re-ordered very quickly. I recommend this company highly.

DribbleUp Customer Service by far exceeded our expectations! We were so excited to purchase the DribbleUp Soccar ball for our son for Christmas, I ordered the wrong ball. I emailed them the day after delivery noting what had happened. They responded ASAP with a return label and shipped the correct ball the very next day. Our experience so far has been exceptional!
