Customers service resolved issue immediately. Just wish someone is available on the phone also to answer inquiries because its sometimes easier to communicate issues. But overall they are helpful.

The classes available through the app are great. There are a range of options and class lengths available, which makes it easier to fit in something rather than nothing. My only criticism is that it doesn't always catch all my reps, and it doesn't give any feedback as to why or tell you how to troubleshoot the issue.

Not so bad but the communication could be a little better.

Dribble up gives good instructions that help you learn new skills. I recently received one and have used it every day. i would say that the communication is not the best. We tried to set up a new account and couldn't figure it out. when we asked for help they responded quickly but gave us the same thing wed been trying to use it wasn't very helpful. Otherwise its very helpful and worth it.
